Who we are
Curantis Health is a nurse-led home care provider, founded to offer the kind of care we would want for our own family: personal, unhurried and given with kindness.
Our Nursing Director and Clinical Lead is a registered nurse with 15 years’ experience. She meets every client at home before their care begins, and looks after the clinical side of their care from then on.
How we care
We keep our teams small, so you see familiar faces, and we write down how you like things done so every carer knows what matters to you.
Behind the scenes, every carer works to written clinical policies built on the NDIS Practice Standards and the Aged Care Quality Standards, so the care you receive is safe and consistent, visit after visit.
